After our consultation we put the concept down on paper, preparing general layout drawings so you can see how it will work in practice.
Together, we’ll review the design and once you’re completely satisfied with the overall concept, we’ll finalise the services, materials and finishes, as well as the costs.
Our thermal experiences are made to measure.
During the initial design stage, we’ll survey the chosen area and take exact measurements, so the finished product fits like a glove.
You’ll be spoiled for choice with our huge range of timber products, cladding profiles, veneered woods, tiles and solid surfaces.
If it’s something truly unique you’re after, there’s another option – custom-made timber profiles, bespoke tiles and one-off stainless steel metal works.
We’ll narrow down the options during the initial design stage and provide samples to help with the final selection.
Once the design’s approved, sizes confirmed and materials selected, we’ll make all the necessary preparations to mobilise for your project.
This includes a list of the services that will need to be in place before your thermal experience is installed.
We’ll also draw up a program of works, highlighting the key dates from start to finish. This will include manufacturing times, delivery dates and much more, so you know exactly what to expect and when.
Once final checks are complete, we’ll commence manufacturing.
Your thermal experience will be built by our team of highly experienced, industry-accredited carpenters.
Each takes immense pride in their work, right down to the smallest detail, ensuring every product that leaves our workshop lives up to our ethos of quality, passion and craftsmanship.
Our installation team pay as close attention to their work as the environment they’re working in, be that a construction site, functioning hotel, leisure centre or your home.
The health and safety of both our team and everyone around them are of paramount importance. That’s why we operate a safe system of work, complete risk assessments and method statements for all our projects and ensure our staff are competent in first aid and hold all the necessary site safety accreditations.
As a result, every project is completed to the high standards set by us and expected by you.
Working closely with you, our in-house design team will help to conceive and create your ideal thermal wellness solution.
Among other things, we’ll consider:
• size and shape – from single experience room to entire thermal suite, to fit a new or existing space, inside or out
• type of heat – hot and humid, dry heat, totally different kind of infrared heat, cooler, cold or literally freezing
• health benefits – designed to increase the heart rate and energy levels, let the body regenerate and recover, help with respiratory and skin conditions or relieve muscular and joint pains
• experience – soft, soothing and relaxing or fun, invigorating and exhilarating
• style – classic or one-off, clean and modern or old and rustic.
Using 2D and 3D renderings, we’ll show you exactly what your thermal suite will look like prior to manufacture and installation.
Once your design is approved, it passes to our fully-equipped workshop in Cumbernauld and into the very capable hands of our talented team of craftsmen and craftswomen.

Our no fuss installation takes the hassle out of projects.
Starting with concept and design, years of experience in designing thermal wellness solutions means that absolutely everything is planned out in advance.
In the workshop, our team of skilled carpenters craft every project as if it were their own.
On site, our expert tradesmen and women pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every project is finished to the highest standard, embodying our trademark quality, passion and craftsmanship.
Sometimes, where its condition allows, an existing sauna can be refurbished rather than replaced. At the same time, we might take the opportunity to improve its layout and enhance the experience.
We can refurbish in one of two ways: either over-boarding or full strip out.
A cost-effective way to bring an old sauna back to life, over-boarding involves stripping out the existing benching (and false wall, if installed), relining the sauna cabin by fixing new cladding over old, installing new sauna benches and, if required, new lighting, false wall for under-bench heaters, new door and frame.
Just as with over-boarding, we remove the benches (and false wall, if installed). We also remove the existing internal cladding and insulation, leaving just the framework. We then build the sauna back up on site with new insulation, vapour barrier, internal cladding, benches and anything else required to complete the renovation.
Please note that it is not always possible to refurbish an existing and old sauna
cabin, once a survey has been carried out this will determine whether this
option is available or a complete new Sienna cabin is required.
